Virtual Design Package A collective group of individuals acquired this Byron, Minnesota property with the strategic intent to execute a full-scale flip. To support the renovation, M3 Interiors LLC was commissioned to develop detailed 3D renderings and mood boards for both the kitchen and primary bathroom. The client’s objectives centered on precision and clarity: ensuring accurate measurements, integrating selected colors and materials into the visual plans, and delivering a comprehensive design roadmap for the general contractor. The result is the Modern Sea Mist Flip—a thoughtfully curated transformation that merges aesthetic vision with functional execution.

Design Services: Color Palette Selection A family of five recently acquired an American Four Square residence, thoughtfully preserved with historically accurate interior colors reflective of its original era. Seeking to infuse the interior with a cohesive aesthetic and distinctive character, they engaged M3 Interiors LLC to develop a comprehensive paint palette tailored to the entire home. Our design approach emphasized the interplay of natural and artificial light, the orientation of the home, and the light reflective value (LRV) of each selected hue. Through this process, we curated a palette that was both personalized and purposeful—achieving the clients’ vision of a warm, inviting atmosphere with seamless transitions between spaces.
